Communicate any concerns or issues with me during the 31-day period to allow for program adjustments

Submit your refund request in writing before the 31-day deadline expires

How to Request a Refund:

Processing Timeline:

Refund requests will be reviewed within 2-3 business days

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

What's Not Covered
This guarantee does not apply to:

Requests made after the 31-day period has expired

Programs where less than 80% attendance was achieved without valid medical reason

Failure to follow the prescribed program without communicating concerns

Third-party services or products (supplements, equipment, gym memberships, etc.)
