Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a full refund under my 31-day guarantee, you must:

  • Complete at least 80% of scheduled sessions within the 31-day period (minimum 3 sessions per week if on a standard program)

  • Follow the prescribed program as outlined in your personalized plan

  • Communicate any concerns or issues with me during the 31-day period to allow for program adjustments

  • Submit your refund request in writing before the 31-day deadline expires

  • Provide honest feedback about your experience to help me improve my services

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact me via email or phone within 31 days of your program start date

  2. Provide your program details and reason for the refund request

  3. Complete a brief exit survey to help me understand your experience

Processing Timeline:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 2-3 business days

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

What's Not Covered

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Requests made after the 31-day period has expired

  • Programs where less than 80% attendance was achieved without valid medical reason

  • Failure to follow the prescribed program without communicating concerns

  • Third-party services or products (supplements, equipment, gym memberships, etc.)

  • Programs purchased at a promotional or discounted rate (special refund terms may apply)
