My name is Dylan Halpin

My passion for fitness began 12 years ago, when I first started performing bodyweight workouts from home. Before I started working out I lacked confidence and direction, but when I discovered working out (initially from home and then in the gym from age 16) I knew I had a true passion and my life goals became clear... To become the go-to best fitness coach for fat-loss, muscle building and overall health!

Since starting in the gym at age 16, I made almost every mistake you can in the gym, all valuable lessons that I use to ensure my clients see quick progression.

Before I start to build your tailored program I like to get to the know the person behind the face, not only does that make my job more enjoyable and rewarding, it also allows me to create you a more exciting program!
